Measured signals. Considered interpretation.

A professional perspective on biofeedback, HRV and the role of AI in digital practice.

The measurement-to-practice approach

Biofeedback makes selected physiological responses visible during an exercise. HRV describes variation between heartbeats; breathing, movement, recording conditions and signal quality influence interpretation. A sensor reading is not a standalone diagnosis of stress or an emotional state.

Independent reviews examine HRV biofeedback across different populations and protocols. These publications provide background on the field; they do not validate every BioSignals product, AI feature or proposed use.

AI with a defined role.

The BioSignals direction is to combine physiological context, structured training and AI-assisted digital guidance. AI-HRV is a sensor product name; it should not be interpreted as a promise that every connected exercise uses machine learning.

Real-time virtual guidance remains a development workstream. Autonomous diagnosis, treatment changes and unvalidated emotion interpretation are not presented here as available clinical capabilities. For a proposed program, establish the exact product, available features, data handling and intended use before rollout.
