Delete Your BioSignals Account and Data

This page allows BioSignals users to request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it. This page is provided for users who want to request account deletion outside the mobile app.

How this request works

When we verify your request, we will delete your BioSignals account and associated personal data from our active systems, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, medical, or regulatory reasons.

What data may be deleted

  • Account profile information
  • Contact details
  • Login/account identifiers
  • Session or training history linked to the account
  • Uploaded content linked to the account
  • Other personal data associated with the account in active systems

What data may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing/accounting, medical or regulatory obligations, and backup or audit integrity where applicable.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Verification and confirmation

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. We will send a confirmation when your request is received and another confirmation when processing is completed.
